Hello to everyone!
I'm a casual PvE player, I usually duo all content with my husband. We recently hit lvl 70 with our first toons (mine is a DC, he has a GWF). We are not MMO experts (coming from point and click RPGs and pen and paper D&D), but the forums are filled with useful threads, so I guess we have not done anything dreadful with our characters while leveling up, or at least I hope so
I suppose I could use some additional info though.
1) Among queuable content, the Dread Legion and Master of the Hunt skirmishes are the only ones not requiring a minimum item level. Am I correct in assuming they are the easiest?
2) We are iLvl 1.8k-ish, geared in blue lvl 115s picked up around while leveling up. We can safely assume we have at least a basic understanding of class mechanics (Tarzan smashes, Jane keeps him alive
). Can we safely PUG these two skirmishes without being dead weight for the other three to carry?
3) Anything important to know before we jump in?
Thanks in advance!

2. You should be okay because there will be heavy hitters be pug'ed for the AD too. They probably can solo it.
3. Dread Legion is bit easier and shorter than Master of the Hunt. Just try it. You don't need to worry.
My take on it would be the following.
Skrimishes - DR -> MotH -> KR -> Tuern
Dungeons - MC -> VT -> ELoL -> EToS -> EGWD -> ECC
I play a tank myself though, ELoL was very humbling for me the first time. MC Was quite easy and VT was easymode til Valindra herself, with a decent team it was a breeze though, id say her skill > gear. If you can avoid red stuff and ghosts on Valindra as well as being able to hit coffin thingies youre good.
about dungeons i dont really know what some "newbies" can finish consistenly but with a tank lostmauth shouldnt be a problem.
