I want to charge Zen on my account but Arc will not let me Blacklake District bug.

Today I want to charge Zen on my account using the arc client or the http://billing.arcgames.com/en/ website but it will not let me it says that I need to "Before you can purchase, you need to complete all quests in the Blacklake District."

I am a level 70 control wizard and I have no missions in Blacklake District and there is no npc in Blacklake District that has missions for me.

I hope this problem will be solved soon before I have to spend my money on something else in real life.

    I didnt even know that.. probably a anti bot measure.. you probably do have some missions , go to all the npcs and try talking with them.. it just wont show.. I know when I go for my bags at times, it takes me like ten mins total to do it.

    Thank you silverkelt the problem is solved I talked to an npc in the Blacklake District that did not have a question mark but she had a mission for me to get the crown for Neverwinter I completed the mission and I charged Zen to my account.

    Right, if a quest is more than 7(?) levels below you, you will not see a quest marker -- but the NPCs will still give you quests if you talk to them.

    I had believed this measure was put into place a long time ago. I don't quite recall when but it's like a vague memory on the horizon that I can barely make out.

    Do you not normally have Zen purchases on these characters?

    I don't believe the developers are going to switch to a system which checks if you are high level but that's just a personal opinion.

    Some of my alt had similar problem using VIP panels, apparently some of these quests can be completed by speaking to Sergent Knox at the top right hand corner in PE.
