GM Support has to be the worse support ever known.

I have been inquiring about the lack of support the GM's or ARC/PWE offer. Since the first ticket I have ever summited I get the same old AUTO-RESPONSE reply. Sorry there nothing we can do. You are just $H*T out of luck. Not their exact words but close enough. I have never had then help me. It is always SORRY. Since WoD came online I can not access the quest there due to a bug. Their reply to it was the same sorry nothing we can do. Really? But because of our guild bank was robbed. I decided to see what it would take to get a little support that didn't include SORRY, NOTHING WE CAN DO.
Same reply. They do nothing all day exit hit an auto reply hot key. But I thought I would share the GM's response to this question ( This did not happen, It is just to see what would be done)

I asked, What a person hacked into an account, and invited his character into the guild. Waited a couple days... Logged into his account and robbed the guild bank. What would be done?

The GM replyed back to me that there is NOTHING they can do because that character is a guild member. SO once again. I get the SORRY there is nothing we can do, We back the crooks, hackers and thieves before be back honest players.

I really think the GM support needs to be REDONE. Either fire all the nonworking GMs or redo the support offered.
A lot of the other MMO games have volunteer play GM's. They are like Sub-GMs that handle the small issues and can address problems; If needed they can contact the main GM's. Volunteer on Everquest took a quiz to make sure they know the game and zones; Then were interviewed. They received gold (not even a lot) as payment.
Why cant arc/pwe use volunteers and offer a special GM mount, GM gear or something like that to VGMs? In my eye it would help PWE and would help give better GM support.

I am so tried of hearing there is nothing we can do. I would rather have a /tell from a GM asking about what happened and trying to offer help rather than getting the same old mail which is more like a you are not worth of GM support... Now stop bothering me...


This is just my 2 cents on GM support. Everyone has their opinion and I really do hope someone has received a positive respomse from them be me and all of the ones I talk too have always received the same thing... SORRY blah blah blah you are scr^wed
