How much do i need to stack lifesteal for 20% and is it helpful in pvp?

    Well after regeneration lost its use in pvp lifesteal replaced it.
    Its not that useful probably as on GWFs but decent.

    8000 is 20%, but you get 3% from the 5th boon of tyranny campaign.

    Depending on class & build. My GWF runs with 20%, my CW's (11.5, 15.5, 16.5). Even my GF has 15.1 (on 2300 ilvl & needs 4th & 5th ToD boons). You just have to have enough checks for the odds to become useful (so obviously my DC has next to no LS, since the build doesn't need it/use it).

    life steal doesnt seem to work in pvp as it does in pve...using 30% chance
