My CW is not the same

So I have tried anything and everything to get damage as I used back before this latest update, but it is not happening. I have gone the Thaumaturge and Renegade Spellstorm wizard and it is still doing HAMSTER damage compared to what I used to (especially compared to GWF, Hunter, anyone that I used to at least keep up with. I understand that Storm Spell was changed, but c'mon it can't be that big of a difference. My current rotation:

Dailies:
Ice Knife
Oppressive Force
At-Wills:
Ray of Frost
Chilling cloud
Encounters:
Conduit of Ice
Icy Terrain
Sudden Storm
Steal Time
Class Features:
Storm Spell
Eye of the Storm
Other stuff here:

Easy fix.

Swap out Sudden Storm for Disintegrate and Eye of the Storm for Chilling Presence. Use OF 90 of the time unless you are fighting a solo boss and with those changes your damage will go up a good deal.

Disintegrate is amazing and will often hit just as hard as Ice Knife but has a crazy fast cool down. And Chilling presence will give you 10% more crit if you are running renegade.

You will never put out the same damage as before but it is still possible to do 40-70mill dmg while doing a good job controlling.

That's mostly because of the stat changes in mod 6. That's just the way it was, for PC too. Both Thaum and Rene have good DPS this module, If you're specced thaum, use EoTS and SS, if rene, Chilling Presence and SS. I use the same rota as you, except I have magic missile slotted instead of chilling cloud, not that I ever really use it.
