Feytouched Enchantment Question

If two players with Feytouched enchs hit the same target, what is the impact on the target?

If they have different level Feys (e.g. one lesser @ 3% and one greater @ 10%) does it;
a. add them so reduces enemy damage by 13%
b. apply only the reduction from whoever hits first
c. average them to 6.5% (not v.likely)
d. something I've not thought of

As a side note, it occurred to me that the only counter to someone using a fey on you is using one back on them. Assuming they are of equal level, they should cancel each other out.

Im pretty sure the answer is B.

Seems as if I remember from somewhere on the PC forum that it isn't beneficial for multiple people in a group to be using this enchantment because of this.

If it's B then another question occurs to me - does the 2nd player experience the 20 sec cooldown even though his FT hasn't applied or does it kick in as soon as the 10 secs is up on the other player?

If he doesn't get the CD until after then it'd chain...

I think logically we can conclude that after the cooldown is finished, the next person that hits will gain the enchantments buff, it wouldn't be as if there is a queue stacking for when a buff finishes, (at least I doubt that)
