Is shadow of demise bugged now?

Almost nothing triggers it anymore. I used to blitz out of stealth and tag all enemies, that no longer seems to work, even single targets never activate it. Is it broken or on a cool down of some sort now?

I believe it is single target now.

Yeah, its a single-target ability now. Try attacking with something like LASHING BLADE to start it off. You should notice it

I always go stealth and then use dazing strike - works for me o.o

Broken? It works perfectly fine, the second part of it at least. Use a test dummy. Lash and stop attacking the dummy. it will be hit again for around 40k or so shortly afterward. It has also helped me alot in PVP. There have been times where someone is able to break contact and get away before I kill them and while I'm giving chase they suddenly get hit by my SoD and drop, and times when they drop me but they end up getting hit by my SoD and drop themself.
