Party Bug in Multi Runs

We were running multiple tuern skirmish today and in some occasions some of our party members dont get in the queue with us.Then at the last run 2 of our party members just got in the skirmish without us because we didnt get the queue notice and put into another team.We lost 2 of our members,those 2 members got into a party with no tank and other 3 unlucky souls got left without a DC because our party members quit the run when they saw it was some random party with no tank.

Note:I wanted to file an ingame bug report but couldnt find which section should I put it.Any advice?

    I've been having that happen a lot for several months when I que with friends for a skirmish. The fist one in the round goes well but when we que for the next some of the team would get a message saying the others team members had left the party when they hadn't and the player the game kicked from the party would be left wondering what happened. Also the other night I was running with a friend in WOD. The server dropped him but when he had reconnected the party bar still showed him as being disconnected so I didn't know he was on until he sent a pm. I know the new mod is geared towards teamwork so why is the game making it so hard to team up?
