Arc error loading neverwinter

I get this error when trying to load neverwinter through ARC.
Neverwinter.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0c0000005). Click OK to close the application.
If I use the original (non=ARC) launcher it starts without a problem. I can laich STO and other games from arc but not neverwinter.
