mod 6 BIS?

Can somebody please confirm before I spend a ton to transmog..

Is the Elemental Burning set (pvp) best in slot for PVP for mod 6?
Are the personalized rings of piercing BIS for the content as well?

    Yes, elemental burning and 394/394 double slot rings are bis.

    Thank you for the quick response. Could you please let me know if the set is BIS for PvE as well?

    The rings are bis for pve. The elemental burning set has tenacity, which means other stats are a bit lower, therefore, it's not bis for pve.

    That being said the strongholds gear is BiS at the moment.
    Both PvE and PvP but you need to have a guild with the rank 4 market and have had time to farm dragonruns and strongholds PVP. send me a PM or ingame mail @cyn15 and we can have a chat.

    Yes Stronghold Armor is the new BIS... And i think the PVP Armor is better cause hav More variety of stats and remember +1000 in a stat like power is only 2.5 % damage.
