1. i tried it on my newb on a lvl 40 and i could in no way fight the lvl 70 mobs in training area.
perhaps you can make it scale down depending on the players level?
2. then i tried to quit the quest and couldnt... i abandoned it and still stuck there.
then i discareded the seige training book and still stuck.
finally someone in the guild told me to buy a portal to moonstone mask.
instead i closed the game and logged back in and thankfully i was back in the area before i went to seige.
