1. Not your guild vs other guild, whats the point?
2. Large map, and everything takes long, this is boring.
3. Rewards a fallen box for losing, requires real money to open it just as dragonflight box.
4. Broken overload enchantments.
This is absolutely stupid, a waste of time. Cryptic keep wasting time on things that bore their players. Just think of this: even if winners get a few fallen banners, this will require a lot of this long matches to even get a single piece of lionsmane pvp set.

Also having a 20 player Guild vs Guild is an abomination when only 5 from a guild can queue together.
- Map is too large. Lag.
- Reaching the capping point is ridiculous, there are houses everywhere.
- It takes too long to find action.
- Invisible walls.
- Map indicates that red is at the catapults, but catapults are empty.
- I dont know anyone of my team!!
Greetings to the devs: This PVP does not make fun.
Also, the HP and DMG of the Guard Captains and Quartermasters was also too high and still is; you have to be at least 3 players with decent dps to kill them.
When they didn't fix any of these things, or barely even adressed them, I stopped testing it; why waste your time if no one listen to your opinion?
They really need to look at the lag issues in the strong hold area maps..
That being said, I was sorta lost, But it was my first time, i thought i got it figured out by the end.

Another thing. When fighting the Golems... Many times (at least four times per battle against one) when I succesfully teleport well out of the way from their firebreath attack I still get set on fire, even if I teleport behind it. And the thieving of the gold from other players is stupid; make the gold visible only to the one who killed it (if only one player fought it) and make gold drop for each player who joined in the fight against it. I can't imagine that it'll screw things up for the gold pool as the gathering of the gold is set on a timer and not a set amount you need to get.
And of course the lagging, invisible walls (many of which were pointed out by us testers, but still remain) also needs fixing ASAP.
The 2 times I was able to log on I spent hours waiting for it to load and download. Though a few of my guildies, and some in-game friends, were present... before this I always wondered about the "they are not listening to us" aspect... now I no longer wonder.
Why have people test things... to ignore their suggestions to make it better?
And mostly ignored a ton of constructive suggestions to fix SH.

I havent really farmed this yet, though my guild has done alot of it.
Ive been in 4-5 matches total.. I just feel atm, I need to keep farming t1s for more salvage, I dont see another way to progress in game atm.
Leadership removal of AD , has dont nothing for me, but force me to spend all of my time running dds..
I dont see any upside so far honestly.

you all can cry and btch about the moves done in this game but reality is devs have a very elitist attitude , there state of mind is: yeah we read it but guess what: f u.
any1 who watched the devs strongholds preview stream could have easily picked that attitude up from the first min.
and if you still didnt get that just read there latest dev blog : we decided to keep the companion active bonus at sh pvp . so there you go.
so my advice: stop complaining it doesnt help. just avoid this pvp area, q are taking so long now since there are maybe like 15-20 players still willing to do this broken pvp.
Lag is deliberately caused by some guilds when they start too loose - seen it more that once against people from same guild. They try to win this way ... fortunately it never helped them so far, but they keep trying.
About other problems - most frustrating one is to use teleport scroll while you are in fight more. You end up being stuck in fight mode in SH and can't get out until end of battle - really bad for your team.
About missing features - that makes this PVP really difficult is lack of in-game ways to coordinate your effort. After 1 year most people learned what do to in tiamat, but it is just because tiamat fight is absolutely same every time.
In PVP it is different every time. To have win you need coordination, zergig won't work there. So what cryptic needs to do is:
1. Improve queuing system to allow pre-made teams to enter without need to queue in same second.
2. Create way so players in each 20 ppl group can communicate to each other (One way is to provide some pre-battle preparation interface, where each 5-man party can state their role/area/strategy/etc.)
3. Allow players to see on map where battle happens (e.g where people from your team are under attack). now I can see all 20 people on map, but don't know which one is fighting, and which one is just wondering around.
