Im going to check another game i played that had problems with bot and they used this software that checks the computer before starting the game, im not sure how much it costs tho.

    Installing software that scans a computer would most likely be illegal in the EU as it would violate privacy laws, and having it as an requirement for using the game might get the game banned or (more likely) fined in EU.

    So I am not sure its a practical solution to the botting problem.

    They don't care about bots. None of these changes were really to combat bots, but rather to make it so players needed to buy Zen.

    This much is obvious. I think cryptic don't care that we know it as they never tried very hard when they came up with their excuses for the changes. They added a VIP system that made prices of all lockbox items aswell as identify scrolls plummet and then remove alot of our main source of ingame currency because it is "creating havoc on the AD economy"
