Artifect class quest ? NEED SOME ANSWERS on this PLS

Got my gwf to 70 alittle bit ago,now wanna get the vault of nine quest but it say I need to take another lvl 60 character to Iwd(has 3 other lvl 61),3 boons which i have from campaign(dragon) but i cant get my other lvl 60 there cause its locked for them do I need to get another to lvl 70? To get it now since the xbox version of the game doesnt let me in Iwd unlike the pc version lets you in Iwd at 60(knows this cause i have a 70,60 on pc also)

    If you want say the gwf artifact for your other characters does the gwf have to be one of the 70 characters? Or is it just any 2 lvl 70s?

    You unlock the artifact that matches the class of the character. So, yes one would need to be a GWF.

    Would suggest trying to get the DC artifact. It seems to be beast!
