Skirmishes down?

I did a quick search but didn't see anything else regarding this. Since Thursday, I have not been able to queue for Skirmishes, meaning they are no longer present under the queue menu from "K". I cannot find any other way to enter them. Was there actually a change, or is this just another sign it's time to move to a different game before I invest time into it?

    Are you level 61-69? No skirmishes for you!

    I'm not sure, but unless you unlock the campaign areas before one of the last patches, you won't have access to skirmishes from 61-69.

    They are going add a new one in the coming patch "Abberant Assault Skirmish has been added to the queues for levels 59-67".
