End game

I'm lost. Can someone please tell me how to get appropriate gear to defeat the FIRST dungeon in this end game? I haven't been able to aquire anything above rare 70 gear. It says I need elemental seals to get better gear but since I can't defeat any of the dungeons that's not really an option. I feel I'm missing something here. There doesn't seem to be any natural progression through the tiered dungeons. I hit lvl 70, did a lot of the normal dungeons to get the lvl 70 rare gear and have since yet to get past the first boss in any of the dungeons. Feels like I've missed a step because the first tier 1 dungeons are crazy!

    Just read a brilliant thread in the general discussion section, should have been posted here but outlines ALL the issues with the game at the present.
