Elemental Fire Holy Symbol

in General Discussion (Xbox One)
So I see the new artifact main hand you can buy in Protectors which are the same you can make in your campaign if you want but the Elemental Fire Holy Symbol is not listed there.

Anyone know where this is obtained?

    Is there anywhere else to get it? I got rid of mine by accident :( and I know a vendor in the well of dragons has the off-hand piece for the set so I'd like to think there's a vendor somewhere with the main hand as well
