Lvl60-70 quest experience is a joke!

I'm getting anywhere from 5k-15k for a quest while needing a half million xp to level up. Anyone else think this is a fu**** joke as well? Also, winning pvp match gives about 5k .... What a joke! !

It's not a joke, it's called a grind. Welcome to MMO's were the dedicated and most active players with no lifes strive forward and casual players fall victim.

^^ This. Also, to put it clearer....grinding to the CURRENT best gear/items/quests/content is suppose to take a while. The only people that are lvl 70 after one day are those No Life people who buy XP boosts and stuff. (Have no beef with them, that's how they choose to play then feel free). But if you don't like the "JOKE" XP you are getting, drop some AD/money and buy some VIP ranks or XP Boosters.

The new content just came out a few days ago, how quick exactly were you expecting to get there? Frankly I would be more concerned about the grind to lvl up your gear....

I'm still lvl 62... lol not to mention I don't have my 2nd character to lvl 60 to finish quests on my main... i have a lot of grinding to do haha

Just started playing the new content yesterday. I am already Level 63. So that is two levels in one day plus the bonus level. I know it will start to slow down as I get higher, but just be glad they made the Adjustments from what the PC had to deal with.

I would be smart to use your bonus lvl at lvl 69 to go to 70. As opposed to 60 to 61

Also, Azure rank 7s in util slots help quite a bit.

What is this 'bonus level' I see people referring to?

Happens when you get the Artifact pack from the vendor to the right of the Harper chic in Protector's Enclave (where you get your dailies).

^^This, BUT be mindful you can ONLY collect it with ONE character! So choose wisely!

@ideathlyomen Source? I have not seen anything stating that myself. Looked on twitter and around the forum, but maybe I have missed it.

Read front page news post, they even changed the statement.

    http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/xbox/neverwinter/news/detail/9537673-elemental-evil:-free-pack-for-all-on-xbox-one!

The Emerald Enclave Pack can only be claimed once per account, so choose wisely once per character! Again, make sure to visit the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave on September 8. In the meantime, we hope all your preparations for Elemental Evil are going well. Good luck and may fortune find you!

Also be aware as soon as you claim the pack from the vendor you get the level, I know my buddy got screwed this way because he went 60 to 61. Probably better to wait for a higher level. They don't tell you these things just because they find it amusing I think.

It's better to wait and grab the pack as soon as you hit 69. That is what I did.

Panik hit 70 before midnight Tuesday. Divine hit 70 yesterday morning. Koko, Crow hit 70 yesterday during the day. I hit 70 last night at midnight. When I was home on my lunch break I saw that they have a 25% sale on xp boosts and a 90% sale on character slots.

It won't take as long as you think. The quests just get old real quick.

I have decided to wait till lv 69 to claim the free level but, is there a chance it won't be available then? Is this a limited time thing?

Well I can honestly say that NO ONE on this forum, aside from actual Devs, could answer that with 100% accuracy. Who knows. They did just change from one character to all characters being able to claim it, so there is no telling. Personally, I would say do it now before it goes away...just in case. But that's just my opinion

Edit: It really also depends on how fast you get to 69. I don't think it would go away in the next week or two, so you may be fine.

forgive me if this comes off rude.

with the way its worded its should have been know that it was going to happen as soon as you got the pack because it says it is experience and not a item.

    Greater Stone of Health
2 Levels worth of experience if you’re beneath level 60.
1 Level worth of experience if you’re level 60 and above.

I obviously, based on earlier post, have not taken the quest yet but if it says anything about receiving a 'Greater Stone of Health' I would take that as meaning I would receive and item (like a Greater Power Stone) that I would then use or open.

On the page, it says "From Sept 8 through Sept 22..."
So it goes away on Sept 23. Claim it before then. If you want to chance it and expect the claim date to be extended, good luck.

From the time Elemental Evil launches on September 8 to September 22, every adventurer will get an Emerald Enclave Pack for free just by speaking with the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave

attorn97, thank you for the pro bono work. The info is much appreciated as I don't have a legal aid to look that stuff up for me ;D

I've been using x5 Azure Rank 6 which gives 45% boost in exp total.
After playing ~8 hours I've completed the Drowned Shore quest line and reached mid-level 64.
This seems probably twice as slow as the leveling the late level 50's, but otherwise OK since you are given a lot of different quests.

My only problem so far is that I don't have a good set of Artifacts, Artifact weapons and Artifact gear to level up as I play:
    1) Artifact gear: I only got a few low-level 60 ones but these are not worth leveling up since they RP is transferred at ~45% ratio to the new ones.
    2) Artifacts: GMOPs are still expensive so I have to wait for their price to go down before I can upgrade and feed them.

So I ended up buying extra lantern and feeding it with enchantments for now, plus leveling up some of my gear/weapon a bit to make them more useful. Plus I've got a level 70 Artifact weapon from ToD and now leveling it up too (but cannot use it).

so much wow going on for me. i check the front page all the time and i still missed that you can open the new pack for all characters. also for those of you who don't check, 90% OFF CHARACTER SLOTS right now, as well as some other discounted items. i'm definitely taking advantage of that. i just need to figure out how to get both my current characters and my new ones up to level 69 before September 22nd. :D

it's better to save up your enchantments for double refinement points events. if you have the inventory space that is.

Well, I figured, based on speculations in other threads on this forum that RP might be several weeks away.
I'm not entirely convinced that I'll actually stick with this game that long once I played through all the major Mod 6 content (although the last couple of months were fairly fun). If it hits sooner I'll enjoy the bonus to feed my level-59 lantern #1 to my then level-60 lantern #2.
