Strongholds and Elite Mobs

I was busy last week levelling a new character and didn't do much Strongholds. Now it seems that half the orcs have strider mounts! Do the mobs get harder the more you whack them??? Does increasing your Stronghold power upgrade your enemies??

    As your stronghold gets upgraded, the enemies are supposed to get stronger, and then I believe the type of enemies at some point will change entirely (to represent another faction trying to gain control).

    I don't know when these changes occur. I went from GL4 to GL5 and the changes applied I think...but I am not certain.

    It's about every 5 levels the mobs change. The next ones are really cool. :*

    It sounds good on one hand, although I would have thought we were "taming" the area by elminating mobs, etc.

    Well some of mobs will go away when you build something on the plot.But mobs seem gets harder and have more attack combinations with every change

    So content get harder, will rewards upgrade too?

    ...maybe better stay "low level" until whole farm is done if rewards not upgrade with difficulty level?

    ...but if you get better rewards for effort... maybe you get more gold dropped per slayed mobs?

    What rewards."My only enemy is time"is the only quest gives reward for killing random mobs.Spiders, devils,beasts etc still stays the same for(GH 7) us-at least for now- only changed mobs are orcs
