Rapidly drop FPS with latest patch (27/8)

After yeasterday patch 2015-08-27 i noticed that after several minutes of play fps start to drop from 45-60 fps to 19-22 fps and it stay on it. Restart of game help only temporary and fps drop happends again.
All happends with same graphics options and in same location. Sometimes it happend after result of fight event Dragon fight (in stronghold) (key X) and fps drops even more.
This happend to several of my friends. I got good PC and newest drivers.

    Hiding the Mission Tracker on the HUD helps. No idea why this is the gpu load but you should get back to 40-50fps.

    I posted a temp work around on the bug teports and tech support but they have all seem to have been deleted for some reason

    had to take my graphics sliders down to 0 on both, remove the quest tracker and it's still progressivly dropping. Removing the quest tracker helps to begin with but then there is slow degradation as you continute to play. Having to restart the game every half hour. Just the latest in #cripticfails.

    i turned the tracker off and it seemed to get worst my toon moves on her own and , "i love this " server not responding and then i crash !!!!!!!! pls fix!!!!!! i had no problem untill the last mainantce!!!!! and heres a good one i just paid for 3 months of VIP !!!!!!!!! and for the event going on pls 3 days of double AD , when you cant even play to enjoy the event pls make fair for the ones that cant play for the event but i feel realy robbed at the moment !!!!!!!PLS. FIX

    I used to have 30 fps now playing at 10 fps, i know its sharadar but its too low

    Having issues here too. Game constantly patches, freezes, and kicks me offline. Character doesn't move and keeps reverting back to original location. Very irritating.
