Achieving 20+% Life Steal

How is this possible nowadays? I hear it is possible for CW's to get this high of life steal but I am at a loss as to how this is done. Thanks for any advice in advance.

    With Mod 7, the 8K lifesteal boon. :smiley:

    Before that, I'd say 3% from WoD boon, and full dark enchants in defensive slots and lifedrinker weapon enchant.

    You have to use AH Blues and Darks in Enchantment slots. I currently wear the Black Ice Boots and the LS Blues, and every boon that gives LS. I have just shy of 21 %

    Took me about 5 minutes to make tis build, with relatively easy (emphasys on relatively easy) to obtain items, plus w/o the need of the LS boon from Strongholds (quick build, done with personal choices, just as example), nor the Lifedrinker enchantment AND built around 2.9iLvl:

    U will have have 21% Life Steal. Add to that Dragons Thirsty (ToD boon), and it goes up to 26%. Hope it helps.

    But that's using a slate of very sub-optimal equipment. I would ask myself, "Why would someone make that choice?"

    Well, @pointsman asked how to achieve 20%+ more LS, and I gave one example. :P

    Obviously, he can adapt it using w/e he finds fitting for his needs/playstyle.

    The most optimal way to increase LS (Pre Strongholds Boon) is to use the LS gear you can find on the AH and the Empowered Black Ice Boots. Then as you upgrade pieces through Strongholds or Seals, move your HP Radiant Enchants to Enchants that give LS. HP will remain stable or increase as you trade Equipment LS for Enchantment LS. I currently have maxed ARP, 27K Power, 61% crit, 21% LS and 82K HP. You do not have to sacrifice Offensive stats. Just make sure to get your HP to a stable level and keep it there, or increase it as you trade out gear that will increase HP but decrease LS.
