Best Guess, Mod 6 Drops for us the 2nd week of September

Hey guys, looking at a pattern here. Last week we got the intro to Sharander and this week now Dread Ring. I believe we were missing 4 campaigns. This would put us about 3 weeks out, from today, assuming the release it after they tease the 4th campaign.

This also coincides with my thoughts in another thread that they would release this the same week as Destiny releases Take King in an effort to prevent some bleeding of players and keep the hype on Neverwinter as I believe that is the same week.

What do you think?

    Actually Sharandar was Aug 17 Monday, and 2 days later they do Dread Ring. Also gotta remember BLOP's is releasing beta next week for the upcoming Nov release. I hope we get our update before Labor Day weekend. But there is a pattern here. We shall see what happens

    It looks like the blog post was marked for Saturday the 15th actually. So it may not be quite as long, we will see how they plan out from here.

    My guess: Release date of September 28th, but with all the issues and everything that WILL go wrong like usual, there will be a maintenance that will render it unplayable until September 30th. That is honestly how I see it happening.

    Edit: Yes, I am saying the maintenance will be 2 days. Simply because this is A LOT more content than before, and previous small content had been off for almost an ENTIRE DAY.

    I am going with the end of the month as well. I would like to add that the DX12 update does not require the game to be tweaked for it. It would be nice to get the DX12 effects/performance but it is back compatible with previous Direct X versions.

    Well....via twitter they said release was coming "sooner than you think," which everyone figure would be last opportunity in Sep.

    My money is on the second to last week of Sep then...

    I hope it is sooner than later. The long Summer Festival has created a stale environment. Herding piggies and picking flowers was fun, for about a week. Please, oh please let it be September 1 (or the first week).

    ^^^^. You are wayyyyyy too optimistic. ;)

    Software companies almost always take up the entire development window to address as many bugs as possible.

    Willing to bet Cryptic still has other "coming soon" articles they need to release as part of their mod 6 deployment strategy. And we'll get at least a week notice before it drops for hype. The best we can hope for is a pre-mod 6 event a-la "siege" before Tiamat release. First week of sep seems out if the question...
