Can't upgrade/build/destroy/set the target

Well, since a little while, I can't build, upgrade or even destroy any building. I can't change the targetted structure, even tho I'm rank 7. I can donate tho, so I maxed most of donatiosn in the mimic. I tried to relog, to do it with other toons, account, but nothing worked.
