Tiamat bug chest

Hello there i did beat tiamat about two days but all the people didnt get the chest but we got linus favor. We had 10 sec left when we beated the last head and just froze we waited about 3min then we got the sign you were defeated....I bought keys for opening this chest and i cant do it....

    The same just happened to my group on the 5 PM CST raid run. We all got the favor and scoreboard before any of us made it back to the respawn area. We waited around until the raid timer expired and we were given the defeated cutscene. I quickly saved a five minute game DVR clip and am more than happy to show as evidence to those in charge.

    I put in a support ticket for missing items because we were not granted access to the reward chest.

    I hope this doesn't continue to happen, it's very discouraging.
