Boss Mechanics

After the whole ECC discussion if the boss is fair I came to think of: What are fair, difficult and compelling boss fights?
Which are your favorite Boss Fights in Neverwinter or somewhere else and why? Or which boss mechanics should a boss always have?

    Spellplague Caverns floor falling away, Valindra doing the red circle dance bit, or the miniboss in icespire, where he went invunerable until you destroyed the crystal bits.

    anything that's more than 'hit him lots' makes it fun :)

    I like most dungeons, the only thing I dislike is the adds doing the same or more damage than the bosses. Really mod 6 is kill the adds or wipe the party.

    I personall like Valindra as Boss Fight. Really entertaining.

    I used to dislike Lostmauth and Garakas, but now, it's kind of fun dancing around their one-shot kills :p
