hi it will be a guide later on
Part 1
A) 1-60 follow all the quests gived by sergent knox
you hit 60 : take tyrany of the dragon quests from knox and go see minstrel bowad in neverwinter city she will give you quests : these quests are repeatable EVERY DAY
quests give 8000 + 8000 +8000+2000 (principal quests are ghost stories and kill one dragon (one each day) )
: i suggest you to go to neverdeath cimetary as you can complete all quests here
enter neverdeath cimetary and talk to minstrel windle : she give you two repeatable quest : kill the dragon and other one
don't remeber exactly but talking about "invocation circles"
quests give : +4000+2000 exp approximatively
take elemental evil quests
take the 2 minsc quests repeatable quests EVERY DAY they begin to give like 12000 exp and at 66 it's 17000 exp approximatively which is 34000 exp by day for the two quests
(if you have only one first don't worry you will get the second one after completing the first one )
C) do elemental zone : DROWNED SHORE this will bring you to 62
D) then do RECLAMATION ROCK area , the first 16 vigilance quests are easy to do with or without a group
then : try to complete the second series of 16 vigilance quests , try to get a group to speed up the process
then i don't recommend doing the third series of 16 vigilance quest if you have not a fast group , but if you have nothing to do you can do that anyway .
if you are lazy , go here and kill bulettes and gorgons they give 2500 exp by bulette or gorgons killed
if you have not completed the third series of 16 vigilance quests , sometimes check the zone entrance pnjs they
you can get one or two more quests here which reward approximatively 8000 exp each
at this point the total exp by day is : 66000 exp TOTAL to 85000 exp if you are lucky and get the two quests at zone entrance RECLAMATION ROCK
and pray each time you can , the last pray of the day reward good often because the game "feel" you have spend time on it and reward it

Part 2
if you have nothing to do and want a walk
try to find people in mount hotenow and whispering caverns and other high level (52-60 areas) and ask them to share their quests
you can reward them by helping them , letting them get all the loots , or if your rich give them some astral diamonds or buy them pieces of stuff .
tips : take azure 4-5-6 (as your budget alow you) and socket in utility slot pieces of items
take low prices artifacts belt and necks (green level 60) they are like 5000-10000 ad in auction house
and slot azure as previously said in utility slots .
if your rich take the box purple Inscribed Garment Box with countain + 10 % exp per piece (pants and skirt)
i want that peoples share me quest it can be cool

So all the times he says "And now you should be ready to move on to the next zone" you can't actually do that.
Exchange it to ZEN, until you have at least 1.5k.
Wait for a discount coupon, that works for the Inscribed Garment Box and buy it.
20% more XP, and you can claim the box with every character.
And look for artifact neck and belt equipment on the auction house with level 60.
2 more utility slots for azure enchantments.
They were great but those quests were fixed many times since. It might be outdated.
