Linu's favor disappearing?

This may be a noob question but I swear I have collected at least 4 linu's favor. I haven't spent or done anything with it but now I only have one? It seems like the number of them resets instead of incrementing when you collected them for donations to the hoard?

    Have you perhaps used them in the campaign? There is one campaign task that asks for Linu's favors.
