I can't contribute to Tiamat's hoard reclamation

I read online about how you can contribute coins, coffers and treasure to get a favor and etc. However when I go to the cart, it doesn't work. I also read that you can only do this before the event starts. Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else been able to contribute? Am I just glitched? Less then 2 hours and no one is answering me in the zone chat. Any info would be great. Thank you!

    I think Tiamat has to be open. There's still a couple hours left for it.

    Oh really..... the article I read said before the event starts. Hopefully you are right. Would be pissed if it glitched on us.

    There is weekly quest to donate 15 coffers that's been running since WoD opened. Maybe those are donated towards Tiamat. Other wise I haven't been able to donate either after finishing that quest

    No the weekly quest isn't the same. The one I am talking about you contribute and you get points. Coin is 1. Coffers are 15. And Treasure is 200. If you contribute 1500 points you get an item and a Favor.

    Ok understand. I thinking maybe we donate at the same place. Probably in the new area then
