Why not apply logic common sence in the game?

So much has changed from mod 5, i am not around for much but i am no fool to realize that with the progress of the game people are getting casted away, and i would like to make some "questisugestions".

2 days ago i played with a paladin full rank 12 enchants and even a mithic artifact in pvp 40-50, never dropped below 90% hp. I did tried my rank 8 brutals in 10-20 and a devoted sigil on rare, it was a joke, begginers had no chance at all, quitted the moment the match ended.

1. So cryptic wants to keep it this way so unskilled people invest money and go low lvl "owning" pvp? Why not a friendly pvp that would capture more people to the game that may become potential buyers and also increase reviews on mmo sites?

I dont imagine a beginner getting in the game, make the AH mission and get bunch of ranks 6+ instantaneously, most probably 5, and this if him/her finds the way to it, nor getting a artifact to epic.
Another thing is the pvp gear, people dont really have a choice evolving, if one wants to get pvp gear (out of NCL) so he/her has to make many dominations and by the time to buy it, all the missions on the areas that the player as questing are too easy and not funny.

2. Why not set a max lvl on enchants and artifacts per pvp lvl's making people want to evolve to try always a better one ? Why not make the gear much cheaper but with gold or any other coin included?

F.ex. (*lvl 10-20 pvp*) all offence/defence/utillity above 5th rank assume rank 5, all greater armour/weapon enchantment and up assume normal enchantment, same for artifacts, This would solve many ballance problems.

3. Why not add a lower visual graphic effects slider? (with this i mean all those warlock bargain flyers, divine protector, negation enchant getting their effects reduced to a minimal of understandable without arming the rest of the graphical quality). It would be more pleasent game.

A bit of classes:

4. Why do paladins heal so much and endure so much in low lvls if there is no dungeons or anything similar that requires it ?(keeping in mind the very decent damage).

5.Is there a reason for the SW's not having life steal on their equipment on mod 7 exept from pvp? The message is very clear: "Screw Temptation, get black ice, thayan or darkleather equipment if you wanna be a hero, enjoy beeing kicked!".

Final and i think the most important, and sincere question:

6.I think i speak for all the community when i say the return of the old dungeons even if it was in the old correspondent lvl's would be apprecieted so we could party there just for fun. Will we have that pleasure?

Thanks in advance to evrybody that reads, answers and comments.

5.Is it an overloaded server or is there any other reason we have to get lucky to play malabog's wit.....out......l....a.....g?

I have been playing for a little over a year now, started late or mid of mod 3. Malabog's Castle is the only dungeon I have never finished due to the fact of that lag. I tried playing it but nausea kicks in and I can not continue to go on. I have to leave everytime I try, which is sad.

Oh my science, I would have to agree to this. My most fun memories of the game were doing the dungeons.

Common sense is here. Its very obvious. But we like to skirt around it cause it fits the f2p business model.

If anybody thinks any of these ideas would be bad or cause long or short term problems please feel free to call me ugly names, but answer why.

Common sense is if you try to PvP in game you are complete beginner in you are going to get doomed by alts of experienced players - either because of experience and knowledge of gear mechanic or superior gear, or both. Thats pretty common in all games

Not all the beginners are noobs, and even among those who are some get the hang of it fast, it would just be a meauseure to thin the gap, and also for the real experienced players prove what they are worth in a more balanced environment. Someone with a perfect vorpal, 2000 critic, 2000 power going pvp 10-20 may be the best player in the game but i'll always judge if he's trully good or is gear killing.
