Can someone help with my gears score ?

I am trying to increase my gear score to at least 13k so I can go into epic shores and other content . I currently have 10701. I can buy some pieces but would like to grind it out too. What gear should I try to acquire to better my score?

I have the followings:

High viz set
Burning shard of elemental fire
Lords talisman of the dark
Cloak of the regent's guard
Grand berserker ring of cleaving
Minor berserker ring of cleaving -- +39 for grand I know.
Minor fugitive belt of revolt--+39 fore grand I know.
Hemmed embroidered tunic
Hemmed embroidered pants

All have rank 6 enchantments. A couple are triple but most are armor penetration on offense and defense on defense.

I also have an allure stone but it doesn't give gs.

I'm trying not to break the bank by buying all rank 8+..

Any help is Appreciated.

    Get your artifact weapon, a better necklace and rings, a charisma belt, rank 7 enchants along with some companions (the stat bonuses they give boost your gearscore).

    I was hoping to get the belt in epic shores but I cannot access it yet. Which items should I get? I guess I was looking for more specifics. Working on artifact weapon but gem won't drop.

    I currently have ioun stone of allure, chat from renegade pack, the renegade drow, that purple rock guy, and the white healer as companions. I'm open for suggestions for change here too.

    ^Int belt is one of the best signs of a bad wizard


    Just buy the dragon gem, they're cheap on the AH or you can find someone to sell you one for gold. Ideally for rings you want 2 personalized archmage ones but if you're on a tight budget just use two pyrotechnic bands

    Bought the Dragon gem. Last time I looked it was over 100k but found it for 13.5k. Just waiting the 20 hours now. I'll use my seals to upgrade to the greater versions of my equipment.

    I didn't see any artifacts listed? Having 3 will increase your score quite a bit.
