Thorned Roots/Elven Battle multiproc bug

After latest patch NW.45.20150515a.10, Elvan battle enchantment has been reworked/fixed as it actually reducing the time you are CCed, nice work.
But sadly, now, another problem has been created. For some reason HR`s Thorned Roots which is supposed to tick around 6 times or less if the target has a large amount of cc resist, ticks now for 32x times on a player which uses elven battle. Usually Thorned Roots doesn`t tick 32x time because you`ll die before Thorned Roots finishes ticking.
I deflected the first intial hit of Thorned Roots so I could survive all its duration.
I tested this while not having Trascendent Elven Battle slotted and while having it slotted. Here you can watch for yourself.
