It's great that you've gotten a fix in there for this, but...
Was the expected amount of AP gain zero? Cause that's what it is now. Presumably it should be giving 10%, like most every other daily.
Also you might want to do another pass on Hastening Light in general, the cooldown reduction effect doesn't seem to be working properly, at least not on the cleric using it, and without ridiculously fast daily power activation I would say it's underperforming by quite a bit compared to the better cleric passives.

•Hammer of Fate: No longer improperly interacts with Hastening Light and the Hastening Light offhand Artifact, granting more Action Points than expected.
