Dungeon Groups - Declare how many members you want!

I know I'm pipe-dreaming here, but I would like to see that possibility for smaller group numbers in dungeons. This is partially due to the vote-kicking/boot n loot discussions, but also to be able to get a small group of 3 going with friends or guild-mates without having to worry about votekicks.
Not to mention, I would LOVE being able to challenge these dungeons solo to test my abilities.

    With the new update you'll get exactly that. Just kick a few randoms until the queue stops and boom theres your 3 man group. Instead of removing VTK problems they're just adding another one such as the scenario I just mentioned.

    Oh wow. So you're pretty much forced to have a group pre-made in order to do dungeons?
    Why not have that option pre-dungeon load as opposed to post?
    Because if I wanted to solo a dungeon, I would have to single-handedly votekick everyone, and hope to goodness that it succeeds with every member (nearly impossible).

    It is impossible. Currently if there are only 3 people in a group the game will not allow you to initiate a vote kick until a fourth person joins. Unless you have friends who don't mind jumping in on an alt and then logging off which is what I do :p
