Favorite places to farm with Dragon Hoard Enchantments?

I'm just curious to see if anyone has found efficient areas to gather refining stones with Dragon's Hoard. I tend to only run dungeons - but that means I'm often not getting last hit, and even more often not looking at loot on the ground because there are hundreds of items around, and scouring for stones is cumbersome.
Anyone have any preferred areas or methods?
If you don't want to lend out your secrets, that's fine as well!

    My favorite place is in normal Spellplague Caverns. What you want to do is get to the first boss and kill it without taking out any of the spawners. Then you just sit in the middle of the boss area and all 4 portals will spawn waves of very weak adds on you. I literally use a rubber band to hold down my right trigger and another to hold my right analog stick to the right so that I'm just spinning in a circle killing them even if I'm not at my controller. With a cw it's easy as chilling cloud hits with an aoe and my lifesteal keeps my health up to full.

    That sounds cool, infinite spawn would definitely be helpful!
    How do you get around the fact that it's a party of 5?

    In normal versions of the dungeons you can just walk into the entrance directly with only yourself. If you go to the entrance to spellplague in the chasm you'll be asked if you want to go in alone. If you select yes it will throw you in there by yourself. This only works on normal versions which isn't a big deal because you would need to be very over geared to solo up to that point on the epic version anyway and you wouldn't be able to hold up against the waves of adds easily either.
