The kicking over loot has been out of control instead why not just make all blue/rare and higher drops auto pickup to rolls? That way green or even white stay on the ground. Most people pickup the rares+. Disable kicking until all loot has been resolved. this would resolve a lot of the kicking issues. Then they would just have to fix the bad matchmaking/auto filling system. If this would be too difficult to differentiate between loot types then I'd rather have to pass on everything than get kicked over it. It's not just the loot you rob people of when you kick them over it. You rob them of the completion and their time.

they need to just remove common and lower drops from the group loot and set them to individual. I mean really, who the frick uses green items at level 60. in the CTA's there are no group drops if I remember correctly.
also, this will have no affect on the kicking problems that currently exist.
oh I forgot to say that I do like the auto loot feature though. I hate going to pick up an item and someone else stands on or runs by the loot and i keep selecting them instead of looting.

Just a quick note regarding the suggestion in the OP and your suggestion: Artifact belts that drop from the final bosses in SoT and LoL are of uncommon quality (green) but some are worth 600,000+ AD. That being said, I do think a lot of the problems could be solved by some sort of auto-loot system. I hear on PC to solve the same issue they made all loot individualized, so there was no incentive besides being a <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> to kick at/near the end of a dungeon.

never thought of that, this is probably the same as artifacts as well. possibly the reason I have never seen either drop is because I instantly pass on all green items. I assumed artifacts/artifact belts were blue

They're blue when they come out of the Lockboxes. They're green when they're a random drop from a boss/dragon/chest. I would indeed recommend paying a little more attention to green drops that pop up at certain points, like after just defeating Lostmauth. :-)

OMG, can you imagine accidentally passing on one of those? I was pissed when I skipped a Shores ring when it came up at the end of a string of greens lol. My own fault, but still...
This is a reasonable request. It should be easy to put in place as well. All they have to do is place the coding for how loot work in a Call to Arms in the dungeons as well. Heck make the whole game act that way and it would solve a <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> load of issues. It wouldn't end the VTK issue but it would certainly lessen it. Unfortunately there are always jerks and trolls... They are still kicking in the CTA and there's no need too.
I'm wondering if that was the change done in Mod 6 that the PC players talk about. I've seen reference to "individual loot" in the Mod 6 notes, just not sure how it works. Does that mean that the items that drop from bosses only drop for one person in the group? Ie if a shard and a helmet drop, one person gets the shard, one the helmet, and the other three nothing?

My rule of thumb, does it sound expensive?
