Todays Code is broken too

Hey thanks for the new code. Glad it's not broken like last weeks!

Oh. Wait! It is!

I've been trying to redeem it for a few hours now. All I get is
"Internal Error. Please Try Again."

Oh, and the best part... "You can also contact Arc support for help. Click Here" which is basically useless.

Yes, this is the May 8th code I'm trying, right from today's email.

    My code worked, it was the same code that was first sent out. I received a account bound transmutable Elemental orb.

    I was able to redeem the code - got fire transmutes for my paladin's weapons.

    If you get an error, restart the arc client. That normally fixes it for me.

    My code worked today and got the elemental earth transmute set for my paladin.
    Banshee (Devotion Justice Oathbound Paladin) - Crueladevil (Soulbinder Damnation Scourge Warlock) - Sindania Balefire (Master Infiltrator Trickster Rogue)

    I wish I didn't get mine...

    Some people get an artifact, some get a companion, others get another good item and what do I get ? a stupid pointless emblem of the cult worth 900 ad....

    It says "you already redeemed that code" but I haven't gotten anything last time because they already disabled rewards but not yet entering the code. But! I expected something like this so not disappointed.

    You have to claim it through reward claim agent in protector's enclave
