We need some word from the devs on the current unplayability of this game.

PVE areas lag so bad right now that they cannot be played.

Domination PVP que is broke: you cannot que. You click to que and nothing happens.

GG pvp is as laggy as pve.

Seriously Cryptic, what the heck is going on and how long till you fix it.

With Neverwinter on the brink of losing most of its players due to a horrible Mod 6, this is not the time to allow major problems to happen and not inform your customers as to what is going on.

    I agree, this is hilarious, if the environment here wouldn't be so harsh, people's opinion would be much much more disastrous.

    Sweeping everything under the carpet doesn't solve the case as we can see it.

    First they didn't talk to us, now we got a useless PR statement from the new lead designer. Now if he is even full of good intentions, the problem goes deeper.

    PWE should get some decent programmers and technicians on board.

    Maintenance day is a fear for all players, what will be ruined again.

    Now it's maintenance day and we can hardly log into the game.

    The game will go entirely down the drain, if they don't come up with an emergency plan ASAP.

    Heck imagine, if this would be a hospital's server... I say this cause i managed such a server for a time, so i know, what i am talking about.

    A thread created solely to elicit or demand a dev response is not permitted under rule 3.14, especially in light of the fact that you have another thread created pretty much addressing the same issues sans the demand for a dev response. Please use the PM system or the support website to direct any questions specifically for staff or devs.
