Please tweak the drop rates for quest items

As the title says, it is too low....doing this quest where i need 10x elemental essence, gained by killing water elementals, and i'm lucky if i get 1 drop every 2 or 3 groups of mobs. Switching instances sometimes helps, but its too much....i can finish the gutting fish quest before i finish these types of quests every time
