LvL 70 armor question

Ok so I hit 70 and I still have avatar of war armor, and greens and stuff i look at have no armor enchantment slot. So what is the next step in armor to get so I can do skirmishes and dungeons?

    Ok for the Elemental set i'm having trouble finding where its at, I see the Eternal Set for 20k for each piece if that's what you mean.

    I'm honestly pretty happy that we can keep/upgrade the black ice armor. I spent WAY too many hours getting sets for my mains and I am always nervous about new Mods killing the gear. The Black Ice was so much more painful to get, it is great we can still use it.
