Just got out of a GG game where the other team had 7/10 TRs and this wasn't the first time I've ran into games like this. Need to limit number of same class per game. What a joke.
Haha **** bro I feel bad for you! 2 TR's is bad enough the way that class plays xD I prefer my CW over the 'stealth in kill weakest run rince and repeat' technique.
Don't get my wrong I love TR's but I think a one shot move is too OP for ANY class lol
The worst for me is not the damage...it's the stun. It's like they thought: " So if the TR doesn't get an instakill...what do we do to make it even more OP? Oh yeah let's make it stun and bleed then enemy so they can't do anything while they slowly die from 50% damage per second and TR knife wounds". I still think there are ways to combat TRs but the stun thing needs to go-plain and simple- makes it almost impossible for anyone, especially the cleric.
Trickster rogue teams are super easy to beat. Just have to run the right team.
I think needing a "team" to overcome a class pretty much proves the point.
I rolled a TR, knowing nothing about this game at all. I'm level 38. I play very casually and I can say first hand at least in low levels the TR is crazy unbalanced in PvP. I've gone 21 and 0 and before you say it, I am backcapping and taking points too. Hell backcapping is where I get kills. Some poor sap comes back to stop me like he has a chance. If 2 come, I kill one and run off. Win or lose I'm just about always in the top 2 (mostly 1)
I'm not bragging, its the class, I'm hardly a skilled player, I'm 44 yo and the reflexes are long gone. The class has escape CC, crazy high crits, stealth, dodge, range, insta-port to your enemies, a daily that allows you to do damage while not taking any (all while your timers on encounters reset). I will love to see how this all works out once I hit 60, but I'll take my time.

I dont think you need a team, ive gotten countless messages from rogues asking how i melted them, about my build, and many of them either have an HR they want to copy my build on or they want to pvp with me so they dont face me again. So its not about the right team, its about the players on your team, if they know how to face a rogue its fairly ez, they rogue comes in almost kills someone then either a wiz, hr, gwf turns and cc's them and then kill them cause they are squishie. The thing about TR's is they are currently as you said a high reward low risk character so many people will play them and many low level players dont know how to face them so its basically a farm fest (this and the game isnt balanced around lvl's 1-59). At 60 most rogues are jokes imo, i can kill a rogue after they combo me and i only have 1-5k hp without him touching me and if they miss lashing blade? its stupid ez, just eat them alive and laugh on their corpse. The main issue atm is dazes last very long just because (no feats needed) the roll is around twice the range of my shift and they get 4-5 of them (same as me but double my distance) and they are front loaded with damage making it seem like they are op when they hit you for a 20k lashing blade but most ppl dont see the almsot nonexistant follow up damage. Do rogues need leveled out and reworked a bit? Yes. Do they need nerfed into the ground? No

You got out of a GG game? On Xbox One? Whaaat? Where do I find this place...
TR's are annoying but you just need to build your classes correctly. Some are more difficult. I'm running HR trapper and have no issue taking multiple TR's at once. Easily average 20-30 kills a match. Their single target dps is nuts and stun as well. Having oghmas token can help.
