It only remotely becomes a problem when there are two HRs spamming this HAMSTER at you at the same time. Any cc break or resist at all and there are two kills. HR is pretty well broken bad at this point in my opinion. The only good they seem to do is to hold a target in place long enough for me to land lashing or anvil or whatever big damage one shot the class I am playing at the time has.
i wear elfen battle 100% version, feels a bit better, but all in all it is one, not two hunter who perma cc me and kills me playing that build, so my counter is cc myself hadar gasp, harrow storm, wraith shadow...but in most cases, depends on gear by sure, if hunter dodges and vanishes effectivly he wins the battle
maybe some classes can deal with this broken build, but its really hard to handle imo, since the class has good defence mechanics

The main problem with that passive is that it interrupts casting. The dazes are very short but they also are very frequent. While you're not perma-dazed, it's impossible to hit a thing.
I wish they removed crushing roots altogether.
M6 almost drains your soul given how boring it is. (c) joocycuzzzzzz
U need a split second to CC a HR. Then, he is toasted. Avoid fighting anyone with dazing HR around in 2vs1 scenario. If u dont have cc break u cant do much.
As a CW I find dealing with HR is more important then dealing with another CW. As a HR ill always go after HR rather then CW.

CW is not the worst case for my class, TR in most cases also (Warlock)
Hunter: its vice verse, me daze-root-daze-root-daze root- never ending
probably these Hunters are all maxed, but in case they are not Hunter is broken, since his dazes and roots procs as hell
here the word "split second" is really good to use, even having a small window to strike back, I can´t spam dazes and roots all time , i got 3 encounter one lasting for ever in casting time --harrow storm you have to cast (feels like 2 seconds) then curse target
Hunter has good deflect and dodges lots of my tries to grasp him just don´t work,
worse than TR imo
so did someone call for help in case of not beeing able to play this easy peasy stun build, there you go

Not really with new stat curve and the lvl 70 pvp set for HR does not provide much deflect either and their bugged deflect class feature reducing their deflect instead of increasing. Most HRs that I see run around 20-25% deflect.
Only very high-end HRs might be achieve 30+% deflect.
A tip to fight them from my experience:
-First, you should hang them up, drop your daily. HR does not have any kind of cc breaker so try to cc and dps him/her as long as you could.
-As soon as the HR gets out of your cc, he/she will definitely try to root/daze you, so you should start shifting away to waste their roots/dazes. When their hits do not proc root and/or actually hit target(s) constantly, their cd will not be reduced as fast. Thus, their rotation will be screwed.
-A permanent daze HR does not have any sort of gap closer plus their movement is uberly slow, so it would be the best for you to keep distance from them constantly.
