Directx 11 fatal error when hitting play on game launcher

hey yall i've tried safe mode, and i still get a directx 11 fatalo error that causes the game to crash after hitting play on the games launcher. anyone know if there is a fix for this or a way to manually load up using directx 9 or even 10? any help anyone might be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.l
