NW is a great game but I could never get rid of lag issues...

Although Ping test on google said I had B+ connection and 30 ping in average. The game is still lagging out. The last time I could experience the game without lag was probably some months after open beta, probably 2013 - jan 2014. I don't even remember when did I get used to the lag and rubber banding... all the tips from tech support were useless omg, Is there anyone who are experiencing same issue?


Please help me to solve this...
