"Enchantments can now contribute to Item Level."

Can someone explain in detail what this means?

What the power requires you to get into harms way? What rational sense is that!?

the idea of it was nice before.. risk vs reward was good. Close combat but was a 1 charge stun (old contricting roots) and the effect was cool. Now it looks like forest ghost and actually confused me several times thinking I mispressed the ability for my daily. Cordon is ok but many classes can dodge or deflect the attacks. So might be ok for pve, I think it will be a waste for pvp. I wouldnt use it for either, current powers are faster and do more dmg/cc.

About gauntlgrym, are they going to add any new stuff to purchase with gg coins, maybe a companion or something else like it is with glory(jagged dancing blade)? At this rate GG coins are gonna keep on being used just to exchange to glory.

The test login server is now available, but it looks like the 3 new zones are still inaccessible.

I was able to access the zones from a character that had not already run the pre-requisite quests.
It appears the protect the tree quest was not generated previously & is not being offered if the quest chain was already completed to that point.

Correction, the quest is available from Minsc, but a quest icon does not show up.

Able to access the zones now. Fiery Pit quests happen as expected, no luck with Rec Rock ones but I will talk to Minsc again! :)

    Slaad.jpg

I thought these Slaads were suppose to be unkillable. So there must be a a different color'd Killer Slaad out there. I couldn't hit'm with my club but my aura and shield bashing took'm out real quick. :p

If you are not able to get to the new zones, please make sure you have completed the introduction quests at the Tree of Elemental Balance in Protector's Enclave.

If they are not offering you any quests even after talking to Minsc and you cannot enter the zones please let me know so we can investigate further.

The 3 quests are not intuitive. I believe one even leads you to a zone before you can enter it which is confusing. It needs to be directed better. Where to go and who to speak to in the correct order. Also the big Fire Almond in the second instance is a pain to actually pick up. There is only one spot you can press F and that quest also seems non intuitive.

You can also kill all the mobs without picking up the chestnut and then have to do the instance all over again because you cant complete once you pick it up after the mobs are dead.

Reclamation Rock has a quest giver near a tent that if you talk to him all quests are there, however he does not have the exclamation point above his head so you pretty much have to look for a named NPC and talk to them ... probably needs to be fixed but goes to show you that people have become VERY reliant on following trails of lights and only interacting with things that have markers above them ...

Speaking of which, what is with the barrel that has a green exclamation point hovering over it? I sensed impending doom however there was no real way to interact and thus no doom followed.

i believe they stated in one of the livestreams that it was a placeholder...

Went to him first, received credit for the 542 exp talking to him quest, and that's it.

So no, not an issue of only following the trail and talking to NPC's with markers. Spoken to every NPC in the zone whom I have been able to find.

we get the quests for that, we do them (Even thou u need to finish them 2-3 times, because its hard to get the seeds) and you open Reclamation Rock,SPinward or watev, and when we enter on those maps guess what? we are teleported back in Protector Enclave... you got like 1000 posts about this, do you even read the forum?

    *snip*

It should be working now , they ran a patch on preview yesterday to fix the issue with people being sent back to PE , people have been giving feedback for Reclamation rock so it must be possible to get there and stay there now.

Done those a number of times, although since the last patch the Skyhold quest always fails. :(
They did fix the bug your are referring to though, so you can get into those zones.

From the DC artifact upgrade SW is milking the most so TT overall damage could be even higher.

The DC artifact being broken for any class, using it to support an argument in favor or tt nerf only invalidates that argument. So lets cheer the sw nerf on grounds of mythic dc arty and not decry the far worse shocking execution buff on the same grounds. Makes no sense.
