Anyone else do this?

So I have a character named Jhenna Cyde@zakn1f3in, she is the first character that I made it all the way to lvl 60 without Dying. No screen appeared for her saying you are dead!! Use an injury kit to... You know the dreaded page.. I was curious as to why, after accomplishing such a difficylt feat(very strategic playing and much potion drinking) That there is no recognition for it. This was especially difficult with her being a GWF and virtual aggro magnet. I just want to know if the feat is tracked by NW and why it isnt recognized. After I got her to Lvl 60 I took her to fight Tiamat and of course that is where she died for the first time. The amazing thing was she only died once during the battle. If there is an accomplishment or title or special gear for this task plz inform me. A bit let down.
