If you kill the last head with 3 seconds or less left it just doesn't count. This needs to be fixed. Once the last head hits 0 it should count as a win even if there is just 1 second left.
The problem is that once the head goes to zero, it needs to complete its dying animation and if the time runs out during that, it does not count.
I agree that the fight should end as soon as the last head hits zero and not after the animation. In the end no boss fight / HE works like that, you win on 0 HP and not when the boss' dying animation has completed.
