Bogus Contest Reward

After finishing a daily Dragon kill quest in Ebon downs I gathered a few mushrooms for the Mushroom contest on my way back to the exit. I ranked "Silver" and the prize window informed me I won a few level 1 enchants and a "Heroic Encounter Reward" I only received the enchants.
When I went to submit a ticket, the system told me there was a connection issue and I needed to submit a ticket through Customer Support. The responding GM asked me to report the issue here with my screenshots, i'll paste his reply:

Hello ,
Thank you for contacting us.
That Heroic Encounter Reward is a bug. Contests should only give enchantments, runestones, experience, and gold. There is a reward given for participating in an Heroic Encounter, but is not given as a prize for contests.
Do me a favor and submit a bug report with the screenshots attached, that way, the developers can see what the problem is.

This is a display bug. The "heroic encounter reward" shows up in your contest results because you also killed the dragon, but you were rewarded correctly with those enchants for the contest.
You do not receive heroic encounter rewards for contests. They just show up in the results window if you've completed them recently.
This bug was actually fixed for a while but it broke again.
