It seems a great success is undeterminable. I usually get a great success fighting rothe valley/whispering caverns dragons no matter how many people are on at the time, but in the well with maybe 15 - 20 other people I can only manage encounter completed. I do nothing differently. I also, would very much like to know what constitutes a great success.
