I'm having fun with my Scoundrel Whisper knife build in PvE. Haven't PvP'd with him since before Mod 4... lol

Perfect Bilethorn and Perfect Barkshield still is OP I hope... ;)

(I figure Soulforged and Vorpal are the real way to go now, but whatever...)

What cracks me up most out of all of this bickering B.S. with the former Shadow of Demise, is that everyone is forgetting how friggin' stupid-*** dumb the Saboteur path is playing right now. It was reported over and over and over again in testing. Yet what persists? Perma-stealth.

The misinformation being spread in this thread might be setting an all-time record.

    Yep.

People who complain about Scoundrels obviously don't know what's going on with the TRs, because the daze-heavy tactics are basically suited for 1vs1 fights, unless all the enemies bunch up nicely in the middle of the node all the time like the NPC mobs do. :D

The real threat? The really OP stuff? It's saboteuers... and its not even MI Sabs that are problem.

MI Sabs are also basically 1vs1 in their nature. They could go around pokling this guy or that guy with Gloaming Cut, but due to the clear limitations of being melee, contesting a node against multiple enemies become exceedingly difficult, hence the options are much limited. You get enough people on the node and basically the MI Sab has no real 'cards' to play out.

If anyone wants to be OP in PvP, play a WK Sab.

A WK Sab will stay in a full perma mode while dealing anywhere between 2.5k ~ 4k damage per second, to 2~3 enemies at a given time. You get 3 people on a single node and the WK Sab will hit from undetectable long range and deal 20~30k damage to all of them over 15s.

Currently, of all the TR builds, it is THE ultimate PuG slayer. People complaining about Scoundrels simply haven't met real challenges yet -- as well as people who think MI Sabs are broken -- they should try to shake off the pre-mod5 bias against WKs and try it.

Compared to WK Sabs, MI Sabs are a joke.
Stop making excuses. Be a man.
If you know something to be broken, stop using it.
Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'
