Not able to PLAY Neverwinter throgh ARC

im logged into ARC i hit play for Neverwinter, and it loads but then tells me to put in my username and password. I do that and it keeps telling me unable to authenticate. Over and Over again. I changed my password. Restarted my computer. Im not logged on anywhere else. I can obviously Post onto forums. So its just the Launching part. Any ideas?
